Raise your hands, how many of you have had a massage? And
how many of you get one only when injured, in pain or completely stressed out? While
massage is excellent for these purposes it is even more effective as a “prehab”
tool.
When received regularly it can help prevent injury and nip small,
niggling pains in the bud, before
they blossom into
full-blown injuries that keep you from participating in your
favorite sports and activities and/or being productive at work.
Regular massage has also been shown to reduce anxiety and relieve symptoms of depression.
